Sitting at -8.5 point underdogs on Friday morning, things look bleak for the Baltimore Ravens in their upcoming matchup vs the Cincinnati Bengals. Lamar Jackson on Thursday Essentially announced that he will not play on Sunday, saying his knee injury is worse than they originally thought. Even though Jake Louque couldn't bring Lamar back for this playoff game, the Baltimore Ravens can still have hope.

How do the Ravens win a playoff game without Lamar Jackson?

This season they have gone 2-3 in games without Jackson starting as their QB. They have wins against the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Atlanta Falcons.

These same Ravens lost last week in Cincinnati without Jackson, but the team wasn't at full strength. Last week, the Ravens played without JK Dobbins, Mark Andrews and Marcus Peters. They should all make a return this week.

Yes, I acknowledge that the Bengals are a better team, but that doesn't necessarily mean that they will win. Just look back to this year’s College Football Playoff games where Michigan struggled against TCU but beat Ohio St, while Ohio St almost beat Georgia.

Sometimes games are about matchups, and this is one that the Ravens can win.

The Bengals are good and have some of the best weapons in the league on their offense. Joe Burrow also maybe the coolest QB in the game, you expect him to show off in the playoffs.

Cincinnati's offense has struggled this year against the Ravens, only putting up 17 points and 217 yards passing.

There is no doubt that Ravens face a challenge on Sunday, but it's a challenge they will win.

Here are some reasons the Baltimore Ravens will win Sunday Night.

1. No One, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE is picking the Ravens

Out of 28 pundits picks listed on the Baltimore Ravens team website, zero have Baltimore advancing. They can't all be right can they?

2. El Toro returns

J.K Dobbins somehow now has the nickname “El Toro” (it’s even in his twitter bio). Since returning from his midseason surgery Dobbins has been fantastic. He sat out last week resting up for this weekend and now he is ready to carry the load.

3. Winter Travel

The Last time Ravens Twitter legend @HoodieRamey went to Florida in January, the Ravens won a Wild Card game on the road.

4. Almost March Madness Season

Colin Cowherd dropped a statistic on his show about how momentum doesn't matter in the NCAA Basketball Tournament. After ending the season 2-3 in their final five games, Now is the time to somehow flip the switch like a March Madness team.

5. Joshua Kline is picking Bengals Moneyline

This is the best news a Ravens fan can hear. Joshua Kline, for his Picks and Pancakes pick of the week is selecting the Bengals to win. Why is it good news that your co-host is picking the Ravens to lose?

PICKS AND PANCAKES IS CURSED

The Picks and Pancakes pick has not won an NFL bet since Nov 17. Whatever Joshua picks the opposite happens.
